Delphi-PG hat sich in den Lucasforen zu den Demo Mods und der Demo selbst geäußert. Dies ist nun bereits die zweite Äußerung der Entwickeler, diesmal von Petroglyph, zu der Demo und den Mods. So hätten die Mods und die Demo gerade einmal an der Oberfläche des Spiels gekratzt, die Maps sind Tutorial Maps und vermitteln nicht das Gefühl, das die richtigen Maps vermitteln werden.
Hi Guys,It truly is amazing what the modders have done and hopefully shows the community how easy it is to customize EAW. With that said, I’ve received e-mails from fans asking “what is left?” There are concerns that much of the game has been revealed.
Our answer:
You’ve only scratched the surface. The maps used in the demo are just the tutorial maps and do not reflect the designs found in the full product. Also, there are events and story elements in the full product you currently are not experiencing from an altered version of the demo.
I’m not saying “stop playing the mods.” I just want to make sure you guys know that there is plenty left to see and experience in the full game.
